Did you know International Financial Services Centres Authority is a unified authority regulating financial products, services & institutions for organisations set up under International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in India?

At present, the GIFT IFSC is the maiden International Financial Services Centre in India. Prior to the establishment of IFSCA, the domestic financial regulators, namely, RBI, SEBI, PFRDA and IRDAI regulated the business in IFSC.

Mr. Injeti Srinivas is a retired IAS (1983 batch) with 37 years of experience. He has worked as Director, Foreign Investment Promotion Board and Union Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He has chaired several committees on Insolvency Law, Competition Law Review, Decriminalisation of Companies Act and Corporate Social Responsibility. He is currently a member of the Financial Stability and Development Council (FSDC). His areas of specialization include, among others, corporate law, industrial policy, foreign direct investment, development financing and MSME development.

The session, hosted by EBTC Europe-India Corporate Finance Forum along with the Forum Knowledge Partners HSBC, KPMG India and AZB & Partners, aims to bring together thought leaders from the Europe – India business corridor and provide an opportunity to have constructive deliberations on IFSCA’s underlying incentives and initiatives.

It seeks to bring together thought leaders of Europe – India business corridor, including select CXO’s, business leaders, diplomats, financial institutions and investors, representatives from governments, and business associations from Europe and India.
